Hayley Orantia is American actress, musician and singer. Most people know the name as Erica Goldberg, from the TV show, 'The Goldenbergs. She is primarily an actor. She says that music is always been her primary passion. At the age of 12 her music began to take on a serious nature and she started training professionally. In 2013, she picked up songwriting and recorded her debut album. From that moment on she's never ever looked back. Orrantia has Hispanic origins, but was born in the USA. Though she's never spoken Spanish in Mexico However, she is extremely proud of her Hispanic culture. She endeavours to preserve it by studying Spanish and writing songs in the language. "Hasta Verte" which is a song with Spanish lyrics that she has recorded, is a good instance. Orrantia was selected to audition for The X Factor's first season during the summer of 2011. Orrantia auditioned, and was chosen from YouTube videos and received the four "yeses," from judges who were in Seattle at the time of live auditions. She initially auditioned in the show "Hollywood Week" as a single artist. But, three other women singers and she were grouped together to perform other music. They were eliminated during the fifth week of live shows.
