Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Reykjavik Iceland. She is an Icelandic CrossFit professional athlete. She runs and owns Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, which is where she works with athletes. Annie is the sole female in history to have won the CrossFit Games two times. She placed second in the 2010 and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is a famous Icelanders CrossFit athlete weightlifter and media celebrity. It was her fame that made her the first woman to have achieved two wins at the CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012. In 2013, and in 2017, she took home in the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was raised in Reykjavik, Iceland along with her family. At a young age, Annie was an avid sports fan and enjoyed working out. She won many medals in school competitions. In 2009 she began participating in the CrossFit events in California where she was able to perform well in initial games. Annie Thorisdottir's age was 31 (as at 2021). She stands at 5'7" and her weight is around the 67-kg mark. Annie began CrossFit in California in 2009. She performed very well in the initial games. She placed in the top 10 of over 70. Unfortunately, she wasn't able achieve any title but ended up in 11th place in the final ranking. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. She finished 2nd in CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's direction. Following a long period of CrossFit Games Annie was the winner of her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performances brought her the honor of being named. Annie was the first woman to ever win consecutive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to her outstanding performance. She also won a gold medal. And in 2021, she received the bronze medal. Presently, Annie is a coach and trainer with her team at Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her.
