Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is an acclaimed American writer of cook books over the seasons. Ina is also the Emmy-winning host of Food Networks longest running show Barefoot Contessa, which started in 2002. Ina started her career with nuclear energy policy and budgets for the White House. While she initially found the work intellectually stimulating she eventually stopped her interest. She then bought a Barefoot Contessa a small speciality food shop. Her store was extremely successful for 18 years before she decided to sell it. She then began her first cookbook. Many magazines and cookbooks were later published. In the meantime, her Food Network television show too made its debut and became a huge success. The range of products includes kitchen equipment to ingredients and storage containers. Ina has never attended any cooking institute and hasn't been employed in restaurants. Ina is completely self-taught. Her name is known for her unpretentious way of entertaining and easy cooking. The most well-known recipes she has created are Skillet-Roasted lemon chicken and Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon, the Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Lemon Bars.
