Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actress, activist for animals and writer who was awarded numerous awards. Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus '69 and The Getaway '72 are some of her most acclaimed films. Growing up in a family of artists living in New York she wished to pursue a career in the field of art. While working as assistant to photographers She turned her focus to acting and modeling. The actress was awarded an award called the Golden Globe Award in 1990 for being an aspiring young actress. MacGraw became a household name in the year 1970 following her hit movie Love Story. She was considered for nomination to one of the Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. In just three years, she was named the number one female box-office starter in the world. The Grauman's Chinese Theater signed her name, hand-prints and foot prints in 1972. Other credits include The Getaway Convoy Players, TV miniseries The Winds of War and other. Moving Pictures is her autobiography which was published in the year 1991. MacGraw was married three times.
